PerformTraynor caters for athletes, coaches, teams and performers from all sporting and performance backgrounds. Chris partners with clients to provide innovative, tailored performance analysis and performance psychology solutions.

Chris has worked within Division 1A rugby in Ireland and with several Senior inter-county gaelic football and hurling teams, as well as with coaches and individual players. Using an original and unique approach to opposition analysis tailored to the needs of each team he works with, Chris has helped prepare and improve his clients by providing invaluable insight into their future opposition.

Performance & Sport Psychology:

Chris has worked with individual performers from a variety of sports, including triathletes, rugby players, hurlers, gaelic footballers, bodybuilders, national hunt jockeys, and rally drivers. Chris has also worked in a performance psychology capacity with those from business and performing arts backgrounds.

Chris Traynor has studied at University College Dublin, and at postgraduate level at University of Edinburgh and University of Limerick. Apart from working in performance analysis and performance psychology, Chris has worked as a secondary P.E teacher and as Chief Operating Officer at Irish Squash. He has coached at Rathgarogue/Cushinstown GAA club, Cloughbawn GAA club and at Old Belvedere RFC. He is an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer.
